Just purchased Premiere, Elements doesn't work

I just purchased Premiere, Organizer and the video pieces work.  But Elements keeps offering me a trial.  Can anyone help with this?

Do you have a serial number for Photoshop Elements?  If so, at the trial screen, there should be a place to enter the serial number.  If you are not seeing this, please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing.

Premiere Elements is the video editor.

Photoshop Elements is the photo editor.

The organizer will come bundled with either of them.

You should have a serial number for Premiere Elements and different serial number for Photoshop Elements if you purchased both programs.
