Missing Filters in 2021

I'm using the 2021 version of Photoshop, but I can't find the Lighting Effects or Flame filter. I also can't find the Pen tool.

Your using Photoshop 2021 or Photoshop Elements 2021?

Elements has never supported the pen tool.

The Lighting effect plugin has been removed with PSE13 as it was not compatible with the new 64-bits version.

And the flame filter?

I don't remember ever seeing a flame filter in Elements. A quick search on Adobe Helpx shows that it is a plugin for Photoshop. It seems it require using paths, which are not available in Elements.

Thanks for your help. 🙂  I didn't realize I'd lose so much in this version. 😞  Do you know if there is a 2021 Photoshop with the features by chance?

The full Photoshop subscription still contains all of those features.
