I have PSE 2019 and my library of photographs are stored on my MAC several levels deep on my hard drive. Is it as simple as copying my root folders from six levels down to top level directory and PSE would automatically remap to the new location?

Hi,

Instead of moving photos through the Finder, please using the below functionalities of Elements Organizer to move your photos:

1. Select the photos you want to move and choose File->Move. Browse to your desired location.

OR

2. In the 'Folders' section on the left panel, you can drag the subfolder you want to move and drop it to the desired folder in the shown heirarchy.

Both these ways the images will remain mapped to the new location.

Thanks,

Somya
