Moving from Lightroom Classic to Photoshop Elements

I had used Elements for years and several years ago moved to Lightroom before it was a subscription. As I am primarily only using the organizational portion of Lightroom with very modest editing I can't justify the monthly cost but it appears no easy way to migrate organizational structure back to Elements.

I word of advice to Adobe is to make this an easy process as probably many others like me that would like to do the same thing. There are other similar non-Adobe software programs that can pull this information from lightroom Classic, why can't Photoshop Elements be made to also do this seamlessly?

Thanks

Steve

In terms of migration, I fear (as an outsider) that Adobe would only want to encourage migration in the other direction.

Test_Screen_Name makes a valid point. What you're trying to do (and I don't know if it's possible) would probably be considered more of a downgrade instead of an upgrade.

Yes, I agree a downgrade but I do not need the full power of the subscription adobe and would like to downgrade to a purchased product Elements which is also an Adobe product. Adobe makes it easy to migrate from Elements to Adobe Lightroom so it should be easy to go the other way. Their are comparable programs, not under Adobe that make this easy. By Adobe not making this easy it forces me to seek out other alternatives such as ACDSEE.
