I can't find the send button?Photoshop Elements
You're in the right place to ask any questions about Photoshop Elements, whether it relates to the Organizer or the Editor. So start a new thread with your collage question.
(I believe you have the ability to mark one of my responses as the answer to your original question. If you do that, the folk around here who answer questions will know that there is no need to pay further attention to this thread. You can also mark a response as "helpful.")

Have you configured an email account in Edit>Preferences>Email? Once you have done so, your email client/program will open with a prepared email and you send the email from there.

Thanks! I have done what you suggested but it doesn't seem to get me to my email provider after I click the 2nd next button?

Are you using a web-based mail service or do you have a client email program on your computer?

Thank you once again. I'm using: gmail on my personal computer. The address
is the one that's registered with Adobe for my account.
I have this strange feeling that page in Elements is just a little big than
my screen (21.5") and it my be hiding the send button.
Regards,
jack

There is no Send button. When you click the Next button, the email should be sent automatically via gmail. You should first see message number 1 followed by message number 2.
Just because you are using the email account that is registered with Adobe does not mean that the email tool has been set up in the Organizer. Have you validated the email account in the Preferences>Email dialog that I showed earlier?

I thought I had set it up, but after checking it seems I either did it
wrong or it didn't take?
One question before I do it again, it asks for: Profile. What should be
entered there, name or email address??

The Profile is a name you give to the account if you have more than one account. You can name it anything. Once you have named the profile and clicked OK, you will be prompted to enter your name, email address and password. Make sure you click the Validate button to make sure that the account has been set up properly.

Thank you, Greg! I finally set it correctly with your help. Could you
recommend
which Forum or Forums to use to get help with problems not really covered
in the
tutorials. Here's an example: I struggling with moving photos in a collage
I'm working on.
I have the collage set up but can't seem to move photos around in it and
have them show up in the new spot.
Once again thanks for the help and is there some place I can give you a:
Thumbs Up?
Regards, Jack
