Need PSE 2013 Download Link

I need to reinstall my Photoshop Elements 2013. The download link in the adobe leads into nothing: "not found"

Where can I download my PSE 13 otherwise ?

Follow the Very Important Instructions on that page BEFORE clicking the download link.

For Windows, you need to download both File 1 (file extension .exe) and File 2 (.7z). Then double click the .exe file and follow the prompts.
