Need to cancel photoshop elements, get my money back and then buy photoshop

Photoshop Elements doesn't work with my workflow as a default application in PhotoMechanic.

it simply isn't working as the home welcome page seems to block it !

I would like to cancel, get my money refunded and then buy Photoshop CC - which I know works.

Help and how to steps will be very appreciated, thank you. Viviane

You need to go to Adobe.com and click on the Contact Us button under the Support menu.  You should then have a chat session with an Adobe support employee.  This is a user to user forum and we cannot help you with your sales issues, other than to point you in the right direction.
