New Auto Selection Tool Photoshop Elements

Hi,

I've only recently learnt about this new tool - auto selection tool. My software is up to date, but this new wand does not appear under the quick selection area? Even if I click on the magic wand, it only opens up 4 quick selection wands, instead of the 5th new one? Is there somewhere I need to go to set it up so it shows in the sidebar?

Will appreciate any help.
