Hi! I just wonder if my old photoshop files that are created with Photoshop 2019 will be lost if I delete that version and continue with the new Photoshop 2020?
No nothing is lost if you choose to convert your previous catalog during installation. You can also convert subsequently from the PSE 2020 Organizer menu:
