Hi

I have a Nikon D5500 using .nef as raw file format. It´s on the list of supported cameras, but I can´t get it to open in photoshop elements.

I have updated using help-> update, I have tried downloading the dng converter, it also doesn´t recognize the files... Does anyone have any ideas what I´m doing wrong?

I can open Nikon D5500 NEF files from my PSE2019 without problem.

Could you download test D5500 NEF files directly from the web and see if they open ok? That's to exclude any issue with the way you download photos from your camera?

Thank you it was indeed the transfer software from Nikon that didn't transfer correctly!
