After a complete rebuild, I re-installed Photoshop Elements/Premiere 2020.  This was back in August.  Today I tried to access the programs but was unable to do so.  I tried to sign in and was told to 'start the trial'.  The programs were purchased in Sept 19, at the time of the release of 2020.  This is not the first time I've had a problem.

I also tried to 'contact' support, but received a message saying I had to 'sign in'.  As I was already signed in, I used the dropdown menu to try to access 'contact', but nothing happened.  So I can't access support either.

I have managed to get in. The sign-in screen is very confusing. It
indicates that I don't yet have an account, so I have to behave as though
I'm purchasing the program, then I get the screen which allows me to enter
my code. All is well, but it's confused me like this before.
