ouverture de Photoshop il me redemande mon code de téléchargement en permanence?

Apres achat en ligne de photShop Elements 2020 et Premiere Element 2020

j'ai rentré le numéro d'échange , obtenu mes numéros de téléchargement, chargé les logiciels, mais je n'arrive pas a ouvrir un document avec ces deux programmes il me demande à chaque fois de refaire la procédure de téléchargement ???

You should have a separate serial number for each program: Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.

Go to Help > Sign in  from the Editor menu and enter the serial number for Photoshop Elements.

Do the same for Premiere Elements.

YES  I have two numbers one for PS and the other for ER but it does not work?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
