P.E. 13 not working on OS Catalina

My registered copy of PE13 would not work on OS Catalina.  

So, I uninstalled it, downloaded it again and attempted to reinstall it.

Unfortunately, I was met with this message:

I've read online that PE13 should work with OS Catalina.

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

It was a mistake to uninstall. PSE13 can never be re-installed on Catalina as the installers use 32 bit components.

In any case there was likely to have been continuing problems. You should consider getting PSE 2020.

OK...thanks. PSE13 would NEVER work on Catalina anyway....in spite of all the online suggestions on how to get it working.

Hello again all,

I received the following 'private' email:

"Hi, You can Directly send Email to our Customer Care Team at Email Address:- Adobesystems24x7@gmail.com and they will help you via Email. Team Adobe"

My first thought....  why would Adobe have a gmail address?

Is this B.S.?? Are they phishing??

Yes that is a scammer and not adobe, so don't reply to them.

All Adobe's emails end with adobe.com

I'll report them to adobe staff.
