PE 11 cannot open jpgs

How do I change settings to open jpg in PE 11?  Step by step please.

You can also right click and choose Open with.

Wow... that's a lot to munch on. Hopefully one of these solutions works for PE 11 and Windows 10.  Thanks Rob.

I'll sit down with it later when I have a few hours to work on it.  BTW, right clicking doesn't offer me the 'open with' option for some reason.  Crazy.

I have PSEv.8 installed on a desktop with WIN 10.

When I right click on a picture file, the contextual menu has "open with" , and PSE Editor is among other options.

Have another look on your machine.
