Hello,
I am on Mac, Catalina 10.15.5 and I just downloaded photoshop elements from adobe. When I go on the home page and press photo editor or video editor the loading symbol comes up and then stop and nothing comes up. The photo editor doesn't open either. I have tried to unistall and reinstall the app and then restart my computer but that seems to not have worked. It worked for me before (about a week ago) and it asked me for the serial number and I put it in. Then now I try opening it and it never asks me to put in any number. Can anyone help?

As you can see on the screenshot it loads and after nothing comes up
