Photo Zoom Pro 8 is useful for high quality resizing in my old Photoshop.

I don't see it in Photoshop Elements 2021.

I recently re-installed Photo Zoom Pro 8, hoping it would "see" my Photoshop Elements 2021 and install itself there. That didn't work. And apparently Photoshop Elements 2021 did not "see" my Photo Zoom Pro 8 when Elements installed. Are the two programs incompatible? Save for Web works reasonably well for me in Elements, but PhotoZoom seemed to be a more sophisticated image resizer, and I would like to use Photo Zoom Pro 8 in Photoshop Elements 2021 if that is possible. Is there a way to do that?
