Photomerge Panorama not available

I updated to Elements 2020 due to need for 64 bit program after converting to Catalina.  Now Photomerge no longer comes up in the editor by going to File>New>photomerge.There simply are no Photomerge options.  Where are they?

That has changed in several recent versions. In the editor, it's now one of the 'guided' edits. No change in the organizer with the menu File >> edit >> Photomerge (recommended).
