Photos not deleting from Organiser

I have just installed Photoshop 2020 shortly followed by the latest update. It seems I am now unable to delete photos from within the Organiser. Although they go from the hard drive when i do this they continue to appear in the Organiser as a missing file. Any ideas?

Photoshop does not have an Organiser. Is this Photoshop Elements?
