I just upgrade to Catalina OS on Mac and my Photoshop Adobe Elements Organizer for Mac won't open and I get a message that it needs to be upgraded. Some time ago I seemed to have stopped receiving notifications to update Photoshop. When I updated my OS suddenly Photoshop no longer works. I haven't logged in to Adobe for a very long time and no longer have the same email address in order to log in. Trying to get any help from Adobe seems to be elusive. Is therre anyone who can advise or help in any way?? My email address is carendaniel50@gmail.com and I no longer have or can check Carinna@comcast.net. Thank you. Please email me directly. Thank you.

So I suppose that means no updates for Photoshop at all? It says it is Adobe Elements 10 Organizer which has Premier combined in it also. I think I bought and installed it in 2012. I know a little while ago. It was a great photo editing program. Do I have any options at all?

LATEST

Adobe does not update older versions. The latest version is Photoshop Elements 2020.

The interface is different but most of the tools will be familiar.

Why not download the software and try it free fo 30 days.
