Photoshop element 2020 impossible à installer sur Mac

Bonjour, j'ai acheté Photoshop elements 2020 et Adobe Première auprès d'Amazon. Je suis le lien qui est envoyé avec le mail de confimation et je commence à télécharger l'application. Le processus de téléchargement s'arrête invariablement à 98%. Photoshop apparaît bien dans mes applications mais ne s'ouvre pas. Faut-il, après l'achat souscrire à un abonnement? Ce n'est pas très clair.

J'ai un MacBook Pro sous Catalina 10.15.7

Elements has a permanent license that you have purchased.  You should have received either a serial number or redemption code from Amazon. If you received a redemption code, look at this article to find out how to redeem the serial number that is required to use the program.
