Photoshop Elements 10 [Tiny UI icons and text]

I downloaded Photoshop Elements 10 on my new computer and the interface is very small and when I open it the icons and text are all so small that I cannot read them. How do I fix this?

I have moved your question from Photoshop to Photoshop Elements forum.

I may be wrong but I don't think Elements 10 was ever Hi DPI aware. You need to adjust your display properties from your OS.
