Photoshop Elements 12.1 stürzt nach dem Öffnen direkt wieder ab

Hallo und HILFE!

Seid mehreren Monaten lässt sich das Programm Photoshop Elements 12.1 nicht mehr auf meinem Mac öffnen, bzw. schließt sich nach dem Öffnen direkt wieder. So kann ich das Programm nicht mehr nutzen. 

Sämtliche Versuche das Programm zu deinstallieren schlugen fehl.

Vielleicht kennt hier jemand eine Lösung? 

Adobe direkt zu kontaktieren stellt sich ja nicht als so leicht heraus :-l

Are you using Mac OS Catalina 10.15?

If so the installers for older apps are 32 bit and do not work with the latest OS.
