Hi,

The X-E3 requires Camera Raw version 10.0 or later - unfortunately PSE 13 will only support up to version 9.0

Yours options are to upgrade to PSE 2018 or to use the free Adobe DNG converter. That can convert your raw files to DNG files which can then be used with PSE 13.

Digital Negative (DNG), Adobe DNG Converter | Adobe Photoshop CC

Bonjour

Cordialement

Hello

Thank you for your reply

Pay 100 € for a new version 2018 that offers nothing more than the 2013 version (I'm waiting for a new interface more practical than the 2013 version) ... all this, to add a camera, for raw processing?

It's expensive ... very expensive

Hi,

The camera manufacturers must take most of the blame as they keep changing their raw format. Adobe has to backward engineer the new format to produce a new version of camera raw.

Adobe doesn't make you go out and buy a new camera.

Adobe does provide the free DNG converter so that people can use a new camera with their old version of elements.
