I have Photoshop Elements 14 and can not load photos for editing. Trouble shooting tutorial is useless. Can’t help but notice that problem coincides with introduction of Elements 2019. John Allen.

I'm not sure if your post is just a rant or whether you have come here for some help.   Why would the introduction of Elements 2019 have any effect on your computer unless you have installed it?  And, even then, there is absolutely no reason for one to have an effect on the other.  I have every version since 14 currently on my computer and they all work just fine.

So, if you are here to get some assistance, it would help if you told us what OS you are using.  (Windows updates are far more likely to have an adverse effect on an older program than any other cause.  I suspect the same is true for Apple OS updates.)  Have you made any changes to your computer?  Or do you have a new computer?  What has happened since the last time Elements worked for you?

Trouble shooting tutorial is useless.

What trouble-shooting tutorial are you talking about?  Have you looked at this FAQ?

Are you getting any error messages?  If you are on Windows, do you see any activity for Elements in Task Manager?
