Hi Flavio,

The minimum Camera Raw plug-in version required for the Fuji XS-10 camera is version 13.0.

Photoshop Elements 15 is only compatible with the Camera Raw plug-in up to version 9.10.

Only the latest version of Photoshop Elements (2021) supports version 13.0 of the Camera Raw plug-in.

You can either upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021 or you may wish to process your RAW images first in Fujifilm's X Raw Studio app before bringing them into Photoshop Elements 15.

Your camera requires Adobe Camera Raw 13.0.  

Photoshop Elements 15 can only be updated to Adobe Camera Raw 9.10.

You must either upgrade to Elements 2021 or else you can use the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your raw files to DNG.  You can download the DNG converter here.
