Recently installed Elements 15 on a pc. Was trying to edit a photo and got this message 3 times:
Photoshop Elements 15 Editor
Photoshop Elements Editor 15 has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Tried calling help line - referred to adobe.com/getsupport - not able to get ph no or answer.

I don't have Web Companion...I am getting frustrated. I have a trial version, I like it, but I can't buy it if it keeps on quitting.

I have had this problem a number of times, particularly when I want to print some items. I have now found that there is probably a "bug" in the item, particularly when it is a saved item. I have found that if you redo the item from scratch, delete the original item, then it seems to print without problem even after saving it. I do a lot of illustrated cards and had this problem with Adobe 11 got fed up as could not find a solution anywhere, so upgraded to 15
Hope this helps.

I've had similar problems. I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements in December 2020, now its January 2021 and the Photo Editor in the software has stopped working. Been on Adobe site several times and downlaoded again, but still Photo Editor does not work. Adobe site of little use all they want to do is sell you stuff. Probably the best solution is to buy some other photo editing software off another company, which I've done. I will never buy anymore software off Adobe.
