Photoshop elements 15 install problems

Hi! I have uninstalled my previous photoshop elements 15 and tried to install on my new pc but im getting error: "The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer to use this product. I need help in resetting my account and do a fresh install. Thank you! - [Personal information removed by moderator.]

Be sure to only ask to have your activations reset.
