Photoshop elements 15 problems with the 'picture sizes' since system upgraded.JD

When attempting to print a photo, the system no longer offers the same "picture sizes" that match up with the "paper sizes". Prior to an upgrade to the computer...these two size options were pretty much the same. Now there are fewer "print sizes" offered. In addition, when we've attempted to print a photo, only one size prints...no matter what sizes are chosen. The print isn't even a size offered in either catagory.  Tech Support would be greatly appreciated. Is it possible to speak to a live person?  Thanks JD

If you haven't already, I'd try downloading and installing driver updates from your printer manufacurers website.  You could also try resetting PSE's preferences: Edit menu >> Preferences >> General - then click Reset Preferences on next launch.
