Photoshop Elements 15

In Photoshop Elements 15 the editor will not open. It has been working right along and all of a sudden it just will not open. When I click on it, it just swirls like it wants to for a second and stops. Anyone have any ideas why? Thanks

And if that doesn't work, , try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
