Photoshop elements 2019 additional content

software package for Photoshop elements 2019 says there is  2.4 gig of additional content  available for download.  What is in this content and where does one fiond it??

Hello,

The additional content consists of backgrounds, frames and graphics.

To access it, please follow these steps:

1. In Expert mode, choose Window→Graphics or click the Graphics icon in the bottom right of the workspace.

2. Choose your desired category of graphics from the left drop-down list at the top of the panel.

If your system is connected to the Internet, the additional content would automatically be downloaded to your system. Hope this answers your question.
