Hi there,
That shouldn't be happening, let us help make it right.
As the printer preferences are not appearing in More Options dialog, could you please let us know the operating system you're working with?
Also, try resetting the preferences of PSE and let us know if it helps: Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements
If that does not help, then try uninstalling and re-installing the printer drivers and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Sahil

What printer do you have?
Usually you need to make sure when adding the printer in the system Preferences>Printers & Scanners you specify the Driver you downloaded and not the one from apple if you want any color management choices in the mac print dialog that you get after clicking Page Setup or Print.
1: turn off the printer
2: delete the printer from the Mac's system preferences
3: download the driver again
4: the setup assistant will tell you when to turn the printer back on and re-add it to the network.
If your printer driver allows any choices for color management it would be under Page Setup or Print and it might be listed as Color Matching or something similar.

Jeff; Thanks for your reply! As recommended I downloaded a new printer
driver rom the manufacturer"s website (Canon),but after that the "more
options" window still does NOT show printer preferences
. I have now followed every advisor's instructions & provided all the
info asked of me, all to no avail.
If there remains another trial please advise, otherwise I propose that
Adobe send me, at no charge to me, a new elements CD 2019 for the MAC.
Respectfully,Paul Wiener8050445-4590

The More Options is not going to show printer preferences. On a mac you have to click on Page Setup or Print to see the printer preferences.

Jeff; u said "The More Options is not going to show printer
preference. On a mac you have to click on PAGE SETUP or PRINT to see
the printer preferences."
The printer prefs is supposed to provide a turn off of printer color
management if elements was to to control printing. I did what u said
but there is nothing about turning OFF printer color as Adobe's own
words says I shoud do! I am totally confused! Help!

Jeff: it has been nearly a day since I last replied to you and I am
wondering how the problem of missing printer preferences will be
resolved!
Do you have an update for me?

If there is no place to turn off printer color management, then is not much you can do except ignore the photoshop elements message.
The printer preferences are provided by the printer manufacturers software and not something adobe can control.

Paul says….It is Adobe's s/w that is misleading, not Canon's. Adobe
should fix elements script so the s/w does not mislead Elements
users.Paul Wiener
