Photoshop Elements 2020 Date error on imports from iPhone

I just upgraded from Elements 2018 to Elements 2020.  I am now seeing several Date related errors on files imported from my iPhone.

MOV files - The PSE Date shown for the imported file seems to be GMT, rather than my time zone, PST.  I shot some videos on a Monday afternoon, but they show a Date of Tuesday morning.  They are also placed in the folder corresponding to the Tuesday date.

JPG files - The PSE Date is correct, but they are placed into a PSE folder for the next day.  I shot JPG pictures on 1/6/2020, but they were placed in the PSE 2020 01 07 folder.  Probably again a GMT versus local time zone issue.

Elements 2018 worked correctly for both of these date related import issues.
