I have a registered Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 application but it thinks it's a trial. It isn't a trial. It never has been. When i get in contact with the bot that does the chat thing, it tells me that I don't have a product. It links me to where i can register a product and, wouldn't you know it, it has my registered application. Please help. I'm trying to export many a project from it.

Hi there,

Sorry that Photoshop Elements 2020 is not showing up as a registered product on your computer and says that it is a trial.

Would you mind reactivating the product as mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/using/download-install-photoshop-elements.html#trial_ver... and see if the app starts to work fine.

If that does not help, please checkout the steps in the page and let us know how it goes: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

Thanks,

Akash
