Hi!

For Windows 10 it says requirement is version 1809, 1903.

Is it not possible to download the program when I have Windows 10 version 2004?

Hope to get an answer soon.

My suggestion is to download/install the free 30-day trial. Nothing to lose.

Windows 10 v. 2004 is a voluntary update. I have not seen any posts referencing  installation issues of PSE after the Windows update specifically.

Be aware that it is expected thatAdobe will release  the next version of the software this Fall, so the 30 day trial may tide you over until the new version comes to market.
