Running intel i7 9th Gen on Dell Laptop PC with 16 GB RAM (15.7 free)....... and 256 GB free space using windows 10 home. Photoshop Elements launches.... then click Organizer....then 5,900 photos appear. I can edit or filter invidual photos and name photos manually.

1. Face recognition stalls at 3,110 out of 5,900 photos. I tuned off GPU and analyze Videos in Preferences.  The status bar never changes or adavances. I can only manually update Names.

2. Select photos for slideshow maybe 15 or so..... software window says loading with a blue circle going round... and then Window from Microsoft opens stating program is not responding and offers wait for program to respond or Close Program

This happens everytime since I purchased the software about 5 days ago.
