Photoshop Elements 9 not working on macOS Catalina 10.15

ive updated my mac recently to catalina 10.15 and now my pse9 wont work, something to do with 32bit and 64bit? im not tech savy so will adobe be updating the software so i can run it?

Hi there,

 

Photoshop Elements 9 is a very old version and would not receive any further updates.

 

The application has many components that were created using 32-bit, hence is not compatible with macOS Catalina since the new macOS does not support 32-bit software.
