Photoshop Elements crashing at the loading page.

Hi 

My photoshop elements keeps crashing when i try to open photo editor,  it opens the load page and then i get stuck on Adding extensions.........Multiprocessor Support.

I've tried uninstalling and then installing again but it keeps getting stuck and i have to go into force quit, when i gointo force quit it then says that the application in not responding.

I fon't know what to do.

This is often hardware/system related. Do you have more than one GPU e.g. Nvidia/AMD graphics card & driver together with an internal GPU?

If so have you tried disabling one or the other?

It may help if you let us know your system specs.
