Photoshop Elements Died

[Cursing removed by moderator]   Suddenly, on Mac OS-X Big Sur (V. 11.1), I can no longer open ANY files in my Adobe Photoshop Elements 14.  Further, I can't find anyplace on the Adobe website to update my Elements OR to update to a  2021 version.

This is business software for me, and I need to use it NOW.  How can I get a working version of Photoshop Elements up and running immediately?
