Good day.  I recently noticed Photoshop Elements Editor 15 won't open even if I restart my mac.  Failure started after the recent update to Mac OS Catalina.  Please: what can I do?  Thank you!

Hi Photoshop Elements 15 is not compatible with Catalina, you either need to downgrade the MacOS or upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2020

On Catalina OS support for 32-bit apps are not available. If any components of the app is 32-bit , it will not work Please refer below link : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop-elements/kb/elements-mac-64bit-compatibility.html However , you may try updated version Photoshop Elements which is completely 64-bit.

I believe you need to get a newer version of Photoshop which runs on your 64-bit machine. All you have to do id select the appropriate bit size of your software version.
