Photoshop Elements face swap

Can someone please tell me which Photoshop Elements version has the face swap feature? (i.e. to swap out a face in a group of people where one has eyes closed or looks away). Does Element 2020 has this feature?

Yes, Elements 2020 has that feature.  It also has the ability use just the eyes from another photo to open the closed eyes.  You can get a free trial of the program here.
