Photoshop Elements install problem error 50 on Win 10

Can't get the Adobe installer to install photoshop elements 2020 on a Win 10 platform.  Error 50 asks me to download installer again.  Have done that multiple times and deleted previous versions. Still won't install.  Need some help please.
