After installing Photoshop Elements on a new laptop and restoring My Catalog, the panel for tags I had assigned is not shown and I don't know how to get it back. On my previous laptop it was on the right hand side.
I know the pictures are tagged. Disregard-found out how to it. Can't delete this post.
