Photoshop Elements reactivation

I had to replace my motherboard after it failed. When I re-installed Photoshop Elements 14 I receive a message that says that I need to deactivate it from my old computer, which i cannot do.

Try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com.  They will deactivate all computers on your account and you can then activate on your new MoBo.
