Prevention of starting automatic video creations

I*m the owner  of Photoshop Elements 2021 and Premiere Elements 2020. unfortunately i can't open the older version of Premiere Elements from the start screen of Photoshop Elements. Is it fixible?

This also prevents the videos of the automatic creations from starting.

No. You need to have the same version numbers to do that.
