Using Elements 19, downloaded onto a new Dell Inspiron 3670.  When I want to get a file from a folder, if the file is saved as a jpeg and I single click it I get a preview.  But if its saved as a Photoshop Elements image (PSI) I get "no preview available"  How can I enable preview for PSI?

If you mean PSD, I use this:

MysticThumbs - Image thumbnails for Windows Explorer.

. . .  without a utility like the one suggested by Peru Bob, you can't see the preview.  This is a limitation of the Windows OS.  Why don't you use the Organizer to view your media.  IMO, it is far more efficient to do so.
