Problème execution Photoshop élément 2018 d'une licence logicielle

bonjour,

ai acheté un logiciel de téléchargement adobe Photoshop élément 2018

Ai rentré mon code d'achat puis mes coordonnées adobe pour obtenir mon code d’échange

Le téléchargement s'exécute correctement mais lors du lancement du fichier exécutable j'ai le message ci dessous

je possède un ordinateur HP spectre Windows 10 avec une bonne capacité de mémoire !!
