I am told to remove a copy of PSE 14 before Adobe will allow me to use it on the computer it was originally used on. This product was purchased and is only on my desktop (the original location) and my laptop.
I was first told to update Windows which I have done. Why can I not use this program which I purchased?

Scroll down to the bottom Contact>Individual. Try to establish a chat session. Explain to the agent that you are not seeking help with PSE software, but only with installation/activation.
