Problem viewing photos on MacBookPro

How do you get Photoshop Elements to display these photos, which were at one time were visible, but now are not.  The photos are right were they should be and visible using Mac preview.  This is opn a MacBppk Prop running Catalina 10.15.2

Hi,

 

Can you please tell which version of elements you are on? Also, whats changed from when you were able to see them.

And please check resolution of image by using following steps:

1. Select the image.

2. Open the Information panel on the right.

3. Check the Size field under General tab.

4. Check if the size lies under valid file size https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/maximum-image-size-limits-photoshop.html
