I bought Elements 14 a year or two ago. Everything was fine, until the computer I was using started malfunctioning. I eventually bought a new computer and installed Elements 14 on it.
After installation, it said that I have it on too many computers, and have to disable and uninstall it from one computer. Following Adobe's instructions, I first disabled it, then uninstalled it.
But the new installation still tells me I have to unistall it from another computer, and has stopped working altogether.
I suspect I'm going to have to talk to someone at Adobe...

Didn't need to uninstall. Just deactivate. Help > Deactivate. That's all.
Is that what you did? If not, you'll have to contact Adobe Customer Care for them to deactivate.
