Hallo zusammen,

Hi @Lucky110,
1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below.
https://account.adobe.com/products
See if you can disconnect your old activation from there. I know it's possible with Creative Cloud plans but I'm not sure if it works with a purchased Elements license.
Failing that, you will need to contact Adobe support and ask them to reset the activation count for you.
2. Scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Or phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

Hope that helps.

Since you no longer have access to the prior installation (because of the motherboard issue), you cannot reset the activation count for Elements. You will therefore have to follow one of Nancy's other suggestions to contact Adobe support. Make it clear that you want to deactivate all of your Elements 2019 installations. You will then be able sign back into Elements.
Do you have two computers activated? If so, both computers will be deactivated and you will have to sign back into both.
